How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class post. These will be posted same day if your order is placed before 2pm. Otherwise your order will be posted on the next working day.

Will I know that my order has shipped?

Yes, you’ll receive as email from us confirming your order has been despatched.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may return your order for a refund or replacement within 14 days of the purchase date by emailing stickybeardco@gmail.com or use the Contact Us page.

Please note we are not able to offer a refund or exchange on an item which has been visibly worn or damaged.
